Situated on an edge between neighborhood and Downtown, this may very well be the smallest mixed use project. A 22' wide site with an existing 1 story structure in a redeveloping area of Downtown Boulder provided several design challenges. Traditional materials, a two story street front with a stepped back third floor mean a smaller scale character which respects the predominately residential neighborhood to the East.
