Wide Open Spaces
This project reflects the issues some growing companies face. The conversion of some of their warehouse space to office space due to increasing staff and the aquisition of new employees. The challenges go beyond just fitting people into the space. HVAC systems, power, data, and telephone access, fire sprinkler systems, restroom facilities, building codes, parking, and even zoning issues can all come into play.
