New Brownstones
These five townhomes were developed in such a way to serve as work-live units, but with a more traditional single family layout. By utilizing the walkup arrangement of the historic brownstone we were able to create a more private space on the main levels while still providing a connected public space on the lower level. The materials and elements were chosen to compliment the overall community theme while retaining a simple elegance of form.
