This golf course sited project is actually a new home on an existing lot. The existing structure is being completly deconstructed to minimize any need to send waste to a landfill. The expansive views and contry club lifestyle are an inherent part of the project program. The use of textural materials including, stone,brick, and timber are utilized from the outside in.
